Transforming Lives in the Somali Region of Ethiopia

Daryeel Rural Development For Action is a nonprofit organization founded by Somali diaspora members in Minnesota, USA, working in close partnership with local communities and the Ethiopian government to transform education and living conditions in the Somali Region of Ethiopia.

πŸ‘§ Empowerment

Girls' Education & Empowerment

In pastoralist communities, girls face unique barriers to education β€” early marriage, distance from schools, lack of safe sanitation, and cultural expectations. Daryeel directly addresses each of these barriers.
